Tim is probably most well-known for his work as a writer at The Onion. “When he first saw The Onion in 1995, Harrod was living with his parents in southern Michigan, and his brother had given him a subscription. ‘It didn't take me many issues to decide that this was possibly the best thing coming out of American comedy,’ he recalls. Harrod began submitting headline ideas, which led to writing stories.
